Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Downloads

2. Donations

Donations made to Faithnet Africa are considered final and non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at faithnetafrica@faithnetafrica.org, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

3. Workshops & Coaching Services

If you have registered for a live workshop, course, or coaching session and are unable to attend:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start date may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%) or a full credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but a substitute attendee may be arranged or a credit may be offered at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions or Memberships

If you are subscribed to a recurring program or membership:
- You may cancel anytime, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of the service unless otherwise stated in a special promotion or agreement.

Cancellation Policy

1. Event & Workshop Cancellations (by You)

- You may cancel your attendance by notifying us at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a partial refund or a credit (as outlined in our Refund Policy).
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may request to transfer your registration to another person or apply your credit to a future event, subject to approval.

2. Event Cancellations (by Us)

If Faithnet Africa must cancel or reschedule an event or program:
- You will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information you provided.
- You may choose to receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

3. Coaching or Appointment Cancellations

- If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without penalty.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be forfeited and are not refundable.
